My Thoughts: I enjoyed with volumes quite a bit. There was a lot of action and progress. I was able to get pulled into all the page turning action. However, there were moments when I had to put the book (or my tablet) down to full digest what was going on. Only two more volumes left in the story (plus a couple extras)!

My Thoughts: The action is getting ready to really start. I am not sure how the rest of the volumes will play out. As far as I can remember, the anime follows the light novels fairly well. So, I have a basic idea of what will happen. As in the other volumes, there is a ton more character development or maybe more understanding as some history is revealed. Pieces are coming together slowly.

My Thoughts: I have been wanting to read this light novel series since I finished the anime adaption. I found a link to a fan-translation on goodreads, and I was so excited. Nostalgia on 9th Avenue did a FANTASTIC job. I was very impressed.

Since it is a light novel (basically a novella) is short. A lot happens between the two main characters, Shion and Nezumi. Both their worlds (which are both opposites of each other) get turned completely around. The the ugly truth is slowing being revealed.

Blurb: Trouble seems to find Johnny and Charles. After dealing with a situation on a plane (and saving everyone on there) the duo are caught up in more suspicious activities.

4 starsMy Thoughts: This volume leads to me to believe that Johnny’s and Charles’ relationship is more complicated. They had more time with each other and I really wasn’t minding all the scenes with Johnny shirtless or nearly shirtless (haha). There are hints of past events here and there. There is also very little information about what trouble they are getting ready to get into. There seems to be a storm brewing. Things building up.

My Thoughts: I started reading series back in 2007, I believe. I had to put it on hold for several reasons. I fell in love with Johnny and Chris right away. The story is interesting because not all the information you want to know about isn’t shown right away. You want to read more to find out what is going on and truly understand what exactly they feel for each other. I have already read up to volume four, but I am rereading all of it.

Note: Tokyopop translated the first four volumes into English. In cause you don’t know, they went out of business. As far as I know, no other manga company has picked it up.
